SECTOR System Support

Statewide Electronic Collision & Ticket Online Records (SECTOR)

As users of the SECTOR system, law enforcement officers and their agencies have the following system support options:

For SECTOR problems to include: unable to log in, account lock outs, password resets, profile changes, and general system access issues.
Please contact your local agency system administrator (LASA). Every agency was provided at least one internal LASA contact when they are brought online with the system. To help expedite troubleshooting and service support, please contact your local LASA first to help rule out issues that may be the result of other causes (such as local security policies, etc). If your LASA cannot resolve the issue, they may contact the WSP (see below) for advanced system support.

For hardware (barcode scanner, printer, computer) issues, or problems with connection to the internet (send & receive issues)
Please contact your agency's Information Technology / computer suppport professional.
For questions on how to use a particular feature in SECTOR, the back office, and other training issues
Users have the software and back office manuals available. To find the manuals, log into the back office website and go to the 'My Account' tab. In that tab's drop-down menu, there is an option labeled 'downloads'. Click and go to the downloads page. The user manuals for all valid users of the system are maintained at this location. The latest versions will always be posted at this location for your convenience.

For SECTOR issues and questions that cannot be resolved by your agency support staff or LASA
For those issues that are related to SECTOR, please contact the SECTOR Support Team, IT Customer Service's Helpdesk at the Washington State Patrol. The service desk number is 360.705.5999. You may also email the SECTOR support team at SECTOR@wsp.wa.gov.

NOTE: WSP cannot provide service support for non-sector program issues to include computers, printers, barcode scanners, and internet/network connections. You may find some common non-sector specific issues answered in our frequently asked questions (FAQ) page (click to visit the page).
To report bugs, suggest changes, or enhancements to the system
